I’ve been an avid fan of Guts for quite some years now. While I tend to lose interest in the work of most producers after some time, the French beatmaker is among the few who just keep up a level of quality and innovation that gets me stoked again and again and again. However, when Guts dropped his Open Wide EP some months ago it became clear that there’s some next level dopeness underway. That single gave a first taste of what the Ibiza based producer himself described as “the most complete and subtle record“ he completed so far: Hip Hop After All, his fourth album. Shortly before the official street date on September 8th this video gives an impression of the amazing variety of this project.
